This weekend's previews

#9 Iowa vs #16 Ohio State
These two teams have the 2nd and 3rd ranked scoring defenses (Ohio State and Iowa) in the conference. Both allow under 300 yards a game, and both have over 15 picks (16 for OSU and 20 for Iowa).
I think that the difference in this game is going to come down to personel and home field advantage.

Ohio State is playing at home for a chance to (somehow) win ANOTHER Big 10 championship. They've been here before, while Iowa has not. Not to mention, Iowa is missing Ricky Stanzi. I hate Ohio State, I really do, but I think they win here handily, 28-17.

#17 Oklahoma State vs #21 Texas Tech
Who is Mike Leach starting? Does it matter. Neither of these teams play defense. Both allow over 300 yard per. Sine Dez Bryant is not coming back, and Zac Robinson has shown us he folds under pressure, I like Texas Tech to win a shootout at home, 48-35.

#5 TCU vs #15 Utah
Let's not kid ourselves. TCU has finally sold out their home stadium, and they have one of the BEST defenses in the whole country. They may not get a lot of picks, but they shut down the run game like no other MWC team, and they're not bad against the pass either. I think this one will be a laugher, and TCU will win 24-10.
